Has anyone ever had a law case lemon?
I recently traded my car in a Nissan Armada and fire stop continues as in the drive. When you step on the brakes, the brakes vibrate and it seems that the braking becomes weaker as you press the pedal. My atty advised to take Nissan to court rather than go through the arbitration program of the BBB. Is this my good atty or is he just trying to recover my money?
The basic rules of 'Lemon Law' is tricky, first take the car to the dealer and insist they try to correct the problem there are costs if they refuse or say they made the repairs but the problem is still there then threaten the broker of 'Lemon Law'. It is a complex law and can be used when all avenues have been tried and the dealer still refuses to rectify the problem. Be quick though, as all car dealers are trying to weasel there way out of anything.
